Our level 1 help desk can provide technical support, procurement services for hardware or software, and basic consulting for minor IT matters. They will escalate more advance and complex issues to our level 2 & 3 teams if they cannot come to a resolution. The level 2 & 3 teams can work with you remotely and, if required, they provide onsite support as well. In addition to the level 1, 2, and 3 teams, your dedicated technical account manager are an additional point of contact for any projects, business consulting, special requests or customer service matters.  We are also available 24x7x365 for server/network infrastructure emergencies.

Because of this, during our consultations we customize a specific solution just for your business. The pricing for our Managed IT Services is a fixed monthly fee based on the total number of services and equipment you wish to cover under the agreement, so you can effectively fit IT services into your budget. Equipment include servers, desktops, firewalls or branch offices. Depending on your choice of our flexible services, an equipment is covered under the contract, we provide you with proactive support and for any incident that may arise. This eliminates the headaches with traditional fluctuating break/fix IT support costs, and allows you to establish accurate budgets for maintaining your infrastructure..
