Michael Chen is the founder and CEO of CSP Networks, which he started in 2004. Michael now manages a full staff of talented, hard-working people who all have the same goal – to solve IT problems for their customers. In 1998, Michael co-founded and was Chief Operating Officer of ISPOT Interactive, a full-service web design and development firm for Fortune 500 companies. He worked with many notable customers, including Business Objects (now SAP), Charles Schwab, and Agilent Technologies.
In 2001, Michael decided to get back to his roots in technology infrastructure and networking. He worked at organizations such as California State University and Ernst & Young Holding in senior consulting positions. Michael graduated from University of California, Irvine and is a member of the Channel Advisory Board of LogMeIn and Rackspace.

Ryan Dillon joined CSP Networks in June 2008 as the Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for all aspects of operations, human resources, financial accounting and reporting. He has extensive knowledge in operational IT and is a subject matter expert for all Retail and Logistics/Warehousing/Manufacturing companies. Ryan graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton and is an advisory board member for Rackspace, a managed cloud computing company.
Ryan is married with two daughters and actively involved in the Orange County chapter of the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation). This foundation is very important to Ryan as one of his daughters has Type 1 diabetes. When Ryan is not busy working, he enjoys golfing, fishing and being around fast car.

Michael brings more than 17 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to his role. From his previous roles, Michael learned three key things that contributed to both the success of the customer and the company: 1) Deliver the best products. 2) Transparency in business is crucial. 3) Customer-centric culture. Michael brings professionalism and a mindset of personalized service with him to each of our client partners. He is tasked to drive long-term strategy, and to provide leadership in sales and marketing.
Michael studied at UC Irvine and enjoyed the area so much he decided to stay; get married, have 2 kids, and savor what life has to offer in Southern California. Michael is an avid sports fan and spends his time immersed as a basketball Dad/Fan/Coach/Driver for both his son and daughter’s club and recreational sport leagues.
